Baker in a Beanie works out of Batcombe in Somerset. He sells bread every TUESDAY at Glastonbury market and every THURSDAY at Sherborne Pannier market, both between 9:00am and 3:00pm. He also takes bread orders by text or phone for collection on market days from 730am. Frozen loaves are also available - frozen on the day they were baked. His unique breads are made only from ancient grains and with 100% organic ingredients!
